Welcome!
Welcome to Little's Character Creator for DnD 5th Edition, using the 2016 ruleset.
About this Website
This site is a place for people to create, use, and keep organized their DnD 5e Characters. Create a profile and create characters using the built-in character creator and make changes as you level up, or die!
This website is built by Little, that's me, and is my project for my Web Development class as my final. I am building a DnD Character Creator for 5th edition, using the 2016 ruleset because that's the system I use for the campaign I am playing in as of right now. I was inspired to create something like this because I use the DnDwikidot for searching up things for my character, but don't have any easy way to edit and create characters outside of writing it down, or using an editable PDF. Instead, I chose to make a website that allows someone to create and use their DnD Characters all in one place, including rolling dice, without any in-person materials.
This website has 2 main parts, Login and the Character creator.
The Character Creator will let you create a playable character from scratch, starting from their race, background, class, feats, and equipment. The process is very easy to use and linear, allowing people to choose each part of their character one at a time, and build it into anything they want. The material available to use is the core rulebook and a few larger expansions like Xanathar's and Tasha's. Characters will be available for creation with or without a profile, although without one you will not be able to save directly to the website, and will have to either delete or export the character onto your personal computer. Exporting Characters will make them into PDF files using the standard character sheet.
Login will allow you to create and sign into a personal profile onto the website. This allows a user to create and save multiple characters onto the website, and allows access to rollable dice using your character's stats and equipment. This allows you to create, play, and level up your character all in the website, with easy access to all the book information without any hassle.
